Digitalization Projects Specialist
Digitalization Projects Specialist will be responsible for driving the digital transformation of our organization. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation, and work with stakeholders across the organization to implement digital solutions that will help our organization become more efficient, effective and innovative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct digital needs assessment and develop project proposals for digital initiatives
- Plan, coordinate and oversee the implementation of digital initiatives, including process automation, digitization of documents, and other digitalization projects
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Maintain a deep understanding of the manufacturing environment and the needs of the business
- Ensure that digital solutions are aligned with organizational goals, standards, and compliance requirements
- Control the software implementation process and ensure that it meets quality standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users

Skills & Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and digitalization initiatives
Strong understanding of digital technologies and tools, including process automation, document digitization, and workflow management systems
Experience with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Deeply understanding the manufacturing environment
Specific Skills:
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Experience with Agile methodology and project management tools such as JIRA
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to digitalization initiatives
Experience with cloud computing and SaaS platforms
Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools

Northvolt is a European supplier of sustainable, high-quality battery cells and systems. Alongside Northvolt Ett, Northvolt is also establishing a manufacturing site for battery systems in Gdansk, Poland. This facility, Northvolt Battery Systems Jeden, will industrialize and produce world leading battery systems in order to meet the increased demand for complete battery solutions on the European market. The factory is a highly automated, state-of-the-art production facility for battery modules and energy storage solutions.
We are currently in an exciting fast-growing phase and operate in a dynamic environment, dealing with a wide range of stakeholders. We are staffing our international office in Stockholm, our R&D facility, Northvolt Labs in Västerås, as well as Northvolt Battery Systems Jeden, in Gdansk, for production of battery systems. We are also preparing for upcoming positions at the main factory, Northvolt Ett, in Skellefteå.
