What You’ll Do:

• Manage SAP implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards
• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables and develop a comprehensive project plan
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, identify project risks and establish mitigation strategies
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including SAP consultants, developers and business analysts to achieve project goals
• Monitor project progress, identify issues and implement corrective actions as necessary
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management, providing regular updates on key milestones, risks and issues
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members and clients
• Manage project budgets, track expenses and ensure cost control measures are in place
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement

What you will bring with you:

• Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager, successfully delivering end-to-end SAP implementation projects
• Experience in Stakeholder management
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, PP, SD, MM) and integration points
• Proficient in project management methodologies, tools and techniques
• Experience of Agile work methodology
• Experience in running SAP projects with Agile delivery model, supported by competence in SAFe and Scrum methodology
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Experience in managing project budgets and controlling project costs
• SAP certification(s) and/or PMP certification is an added advantage
• SAPActivate is an added advantage
• Previous experience of remote deliveries and team management is an added advantage
