We believe that your passion for PLM and how it can enable the circular economy and a more sustainable business model will be a valuable contribution to our team. Specifically, you will:

• Prepare, setup and manage large complex programs, including plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources within the area of PLM and Servitization
• Advise clients on specific areas within the Product Life Cycle Management domain and how to succeed with the business transformation.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives and provide solutions that meet those needs.
• Analyze and optimize clients' processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contribute to the development of the PLM portfolio roadmap connected to Servitization and Circular business models.

To be able to contribute we believe that you have:

• Understanding of PLM as a whole and how it is enabling Servitization and the Circular Economy within the manufacturing industry.
• Extensive experience in setting up and leading large complex business transformation programs in a multinational environment.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering programs or projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

• Can provide guidance on industry standards, PLM Platforms, regulations, and emerging technologies.

• Ability to advise on specific areas within the Product Life Cycle Management domain, e.g. in System engineering, Requirements Management, Core PDM, Spare Parts Management, etc. that helps clients achieve their business objectives.

• A strong understanding of the client's needs based on previous work as a consultant in several similar clients' programs/projects.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to optimize clients' PLM processes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferably a bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical.

A few fun facts

This is a full-time position based in your preferred location in Sweden. You would be hired as a management consultant yet operating as project manager in our client projects. If you are based in Stockholm, you find us at Norrsken House on Birger Jarlsgatan at least one day a week. If you are not based in Stockholm, you will travel to our beautiful capital city a couple of times every month. We also travel to meet our clients on a weekly to monthly basis.
