Senior Cloud Developer (UI Angular Developer)
P2P R&D function contains a suite of products and services that are designed to automate and optimize purchase-to-pay processes for our customers providing visibility into their spending and allowing them to save costs.
Marketplace team is a part of P2P R&D function which provides Purchase to Pay solution for our customers in UK. We are integrating the Marketplace product with other Basware products to provide a source-to-pay offering for our global customers, and we are looking for a Senior/Cloud Developer to join our team.
Key role responsibilities
We’re looking for a talented Cloud developer to a specialist role in a product development team. This role will include the following responsibilities:
- Design and implement new features, as well as modify and maintain existing code in an efficient manner.
- Work closely with development team members, QA, Architects, DevOps, Project management, Product management to ensure successful design, implementation, and delivery on the features.
- Participation in an Agile based software development process.

Skills & Requirements
In order to thrive and succeed in this role, we expect the following:
Must Have:
- Thorough understanding of Angular and its core principles.
- Strong HTML and HTTP knowledge with CSS.
- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
- Experience of large, complex web applications.
- Understand and use common OO component design patterns.
- Familiarity with browser testing and debugging, including cross-browser issues and polyfills.
Good to Have:
- Java. Experience with Spring or similar MVC.
- Exposure to AWS services.
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Elastic Search.

- Experience in Purchase to Pay or Procurement domain.
