Cramo as part of Boels Rental is Europe's leading service and equipment supplier in the rental industry. The business is conducted under the brand name BOELS in central Europe and under the brand name CRAMO in northern Europe. The company is represented in a total of 18 countries. We are on a growth journey and are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join the team!
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a vital role in equipment purchasing and delivery coordination, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. We are now looking for Supply Chain Coordinators to the following categories: Access and Earthmoving.
The position is located in Solna, Sweden; however, some travelling may be required. Team members will be working in the Solna office and the Sittard office, Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Place orders for equipment and accessories, both in bulk and on a case-by-case basis
- Manage goods receipt and invoices.
- Coordinate equipment registration process according to established procedures
- Gather and provide data to the asset management team.
- Collaborate with suppliers to create and maintain equipment delivery plans.
- Coordinate delivery of Rental Ready standard equipment, ensuring compliance.
- Assist Category Managers in sourcing projects.
- Support operational supplier issues and obtain required equipment documents.
Kvalifikationer
Your skills:
- A high school degree.
- At least 2 years of purchasing experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English
