French and Polish speaking Customer Service Agent (fixed-term)

Do you enjoy interacting with diverse customers in a global working environment? Are you empathetic and the sort of person who can put yourself in another person’s shoes? If you answered “yes”, keep reading! We are looking for a French and Polish speaking Customer Service Agent (fixed-term 1 year) to join our Customer Support team in Poznan. You get to work together with world-class experts in F-Secure Labs to combat malicious programs (Malware). In your work, you answer customers questions about how to install or remove programs from different devices and support them with their questions.

Your team consists of customer service professionals all dedicated to deliver quality support and service for our customers. Therefore, you will get to develop your technical and customer service skills by working together with the team and with their support. We offer a dynamic and international work environment that supports your professional growth.

You can choose whether you work at our Poznan office or in a hybrid mode in your home office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide multi-channel support to our end customers on setup and configuration of F-Secure software via different support channels: phone, chat and online Community.
  • Investigate what are the root causes of the issues reported by customers and help solving them.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to influence future product improvement and development.
  • Advise the customer on how to stay safe on the Internet.

What are we looking for?

  • Earlier experience in customer facing jobs
  • You enjoy working with different customers and have the ability to keep your composure and a positive attitude when you are representing your company.
  • You enjoy working in a team environment and consider communication skills (written and oral) one of your biggest strength.
  • Interest in anything and everything digital will help in the process of learning our business and product.
  • Fluent spoken and written French and Polish (other languages are always a plus)
  • English language skills as our organization language is English.
