Business Controller
We are hiring a Business Controller to our office in Gothenburg (HQ).
The Business Controller is a key role, who ensures reporting and controlling for our Swedish market.

Main tasks
- Ensure monthly closing in accordance with group deadlines and procedures
- Ensure predictability of P&L forecast on a monthly basis
- Identify, analyze and report on potential risks within your scope
- Ensure the financial health of the projects in your area in collaboration with the Delivery team (project controlling, Risk analysis)
- Contribute to continuous improvement by challenging the processes and the various reports (closing, forecast)
- Contribute to cash management and propose actions to optimize it.
- Participate in the construction of deals and pre-sales of your perimeter in close collaboration with the sales and management teams
Key Working Relationships
Position Reports to: Engineering Business Controlling Manager (Gothenburg)
Your profile
- Master’s degree in Business Administration and gained from 2 to 4 years of experience.
- Experience in financial controlling covers the full company approach: understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow, business drivers and their operational KPIs.
- Strong compliance gate-keeper, with a proactive focus and business orientation.
- Knowledge and experience in managing revenues recognition according to IFRS
- Working knowledge of the MS Office Suite, at ease with large datasets and financial modeling.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
