The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Lead Integration Architect to accelerate business growth in application integration area. You will be closely connected to our European Integration Center of Excellence as a key representative from Finland. Together with your professional peers, you will develop and transform digital services for major clients both in Finland and globally. Additionally, you will successfully lead iconic deals as well as support innovative pre-sales internationally.

To support your success in this role you have acquired broad experience and solid competence of things related to IT integrations and their development – from understanding detailed technical topics to the ability to shape appropriate integration solutions to serve client’s business processes. Through your solid subject area expertise, you have passion to act as a solution owner in our major integrations sales opportunities.

We are looking for candidates with following core skills and experience:

• Practical experience in building and managing software integrations in various environments and ecosystems
• Development and architecture experience of several different integration technologies (Preferably at least Microsoft or Salesforce MuleSoft)
• Motivation and proactive interest in learning and adapting to new technologies, environments and platforms
• Aptitude to understand client business
• Consistent evidence of successful sales participation in solution leading role
• Good command and conviction to agile ways of working
• Ability to identify and communicate the relevant technical key points to different stakeholders
• Natural networker and fast in building professional connections in international context. Ideally even knowledge to contribute to integration accelerators development in the Center of Excellence.
• Readiness to actively coordinate own work and willingness to take responsibility both internally and towards the client and 3rd parties
• Fluent communication both in Finnish and in English
