Application Specialist IoT

With 15 years of history, we at REKYL are looking to take our IoT products into a new chapter! We are expanding the IoT division and looking for new members to join us. As part of this team, you’ll be working with developing and maintaining hardware and software solutions for construction companies, especially in managing their assets, such as fleet management (GPS tracker).

Right now, we are looking for a technical Application Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuration and technical support of the IoT applications for our clients, such as GPS product. What you’ll get to do:

  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding IoT applications and services via phone, email, or chat.
  • Providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Design and implement technical requirements of IoT applications according to clients' needs.
  • Collaborating with global cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain documentation on IoT applications, including technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for clients, showcasing the functionality of IoT applications.
  • Continuously improving customer support processes and procedures.

Skills & Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer support, technical support, or related role
  • Fluent in both English and Swedish
  • Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric attitude
  • Technical aptitude and an interest in IoT applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or SaaS is a plus
