Hurtigruten Estonia OÜ is the Estonian branch of the company, focused on phone and web sales and a wide range of support functions. With us, you have the opportunity to:

  • Manage and optimize inventory for Hurtigruten Coastal ships, including groups and cabin-level management​
  • Provide expertise/resources to value streams in order to achieve Hurtigruten Expedition strategic goals​
  • Suggest corrective activity if booking intake is not performing as expected​
  • Maintain and update ship deck plan​
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis​
  • Suggest changes to, and maintain, group Terms & Conditions
  • Report on inventory performance to Price and Revenue Management Analysts and Revenue Manager​
  • Provide an effective, polite, friendly and professional service

  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Previous experience with Seaware is a benefit
  • Familiarity with the travel and cruise industry is a benefit
