We are looking for an analytical Accounts Receivable professional with strong accounting skills and experience in working in multi-country set-up. You are self-organized with a strong need to complete tasks given, and a person who employs a collaborative approach to working with others and a tireless work ethic. To be successful in the role we expect strong interpersonal skills and high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• The main task is managing the flow of day-to-day AR operations – verify and process accounts receivables inbox, invoices and incoming payments and maintaining records regarding payments and account statuses.

• Monitoring and replying to customers and internal queries promptly

• Customer collection

• Prepare and maintain the general ledger for countries globally. These may also include non-English speaking countries.

• Work closely with team members for month-end closing tasks, and required reporting and to execute process standardization and improvements.
