We are looking for Senior Data Management Consultants in Sweden (Stockholm and Malmö) who can take our clients’ data management to the next level. This is an exciting time to join our company as we are expanding in Sweden!
The role
As a Senior Data Management Consultant, you will be working mostly in designing the foundational data management capabilities and putting them into practice for our clients. Our job is to help the client to develop and improve the data management capabilities that needs to exist so that data utilization can happen. This means that you will be working with maturity and current state analysis, target state descriptions related to data as well as roadmap development; helping our clients to understand where they are and where they want to go, and what their vision is. When designing the foundational data management capabilities, we need to understand data models and processes, data quality, data (and) AI governance as well as systems and architectures.
All of our assignments are data assignment with different set ups and problems to be solved from a data perspective. For example, you can help companies with the data work in large system projects where enterprise resource planning or customer management systems are renewed. You will often be working as a bridge between IT and business.

Skills & Requirements
- Solid experience in data and master data management, data quality and modeling
- Ability to understand business data needs and know-how to translate them into requirements for data and data management
- Ability to describe data flows and architecture at a high level (you don’t have to be an architect, but you can do high-level architectural descriptions)
- A great listener with ability to communicate with people of diverse disciplines
- Fluency in Swedish at a professional level (written and verbal)
