At Morrow, scientific problem solvers are coming together to push the boundaries of new technologies in the renewable energy field, and we are proud to partner with the University of Agder (UiA) in co-creating a competence hub for lithium-ion battery research and development in the south of Norway.

Our product roadmap offers cost and sustainability-leading batteries. By the middle of this decade, we will start to commercialise a new generation of battery technologies based on the high-voltage material LNMO.

In a collaborative effort with the University of Agder, we are offering a 20% position as a research scientist within our pioneering R&D team for the successful applicants for the currently announced professor positions at UiA’s battery strategy, driving forward the battery coast community in the south of Norway.

The 20% position at Morrow will be based at the Morrow Research Centre (MRC), our ground-breaking technology development centre for battery technology and cell production, which is shared with the University of Agder’s battery team. Located on-campus in Grimstad this modern facility is the first of its kind in Scandinavia, offering world-leading technology and enabling test production of battery cells for qualification.
