About the role
With the ambitious commercial agenda described above, the Lesjöfors Group is also focusing on its people agenda. There is now the opportunity to join the Lesjöfors Group as HR Director with the mission to build and implement the strategic HR agenda for the entire group.
As a start, the Lesjöfors group has initiated ”A more modern Lesjöfors”, with focus on digitalization, sustainability, and strategic HR, where the HR Director will find a foundation for further development and the opportunity to show the clear connection between business and HR.
The role as HR Director entails setting up a HR strategy for the whole Group, as well as at the same time finding local solutions for each market and subsidiary. The ambition from the Lesjöfors CEO is that the HR Director will secure the group as the number one employer brand in its industry.
