Job Description
Your challenge:
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement an effective communications strategy based on the Group guidelines;
- Develop a digital marketing strategy to boost awareness, traffic, and lead generation (content, social,...);
- Participate in global and local marketing & communications calls;
- Coordinate content creation produced for digital media with partners and suppliers;
- Support HR with communications and employer branding campaigns;
- Manage the different social media channels;
- Work with our digital agency on global and local campaigns;
- Support Corporate Social Responsibility pillars by deploying locally Capgemini's Group campaigns and creating local initiatives;
- Manage the dedicated budget in collaboration with the Head of Marketing & Communication for Belux;
- Analyze the performance of the actions carried out (web analytics).
Skills & Requirements
Your qualification:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing;
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in German is an asset;
- Proven experience in working collaboratively and liaising with internal and external stakeholders;
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms, creating digital campaigns, content strategies;
- Having digital marketing knowledge skills is a strong plus;
- Effective written and communication abilities for creating marketing materials;
- Understanding of marketing regulations and data protection laws;
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Attention to detail (ability to proofread);
- Being proactive, analytical-oriented and having a creative mind.

Your education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related filed with a specialization in Digital Marketing, Communications.
