Are you looking for an opportunity to use your quality management expertise in a highly innovative biotechnology company? We are seeking a conscientious Quality Manager to join our team and help us achieve our mission of revolutionizing the biosensing industry.

As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations meet the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes, managing quality assurance activities, and overseeing the inspection of our products to ensure they meet regulatory requirements. Your tasks will include developing overall quality- and risk management processes, establishing a meaningful documentation system, analyzing quality issues, conducting internal audits, and leading the quality improvement activities. You will also be responsible for ensuring a synchronized way of working across the company and teams.

You could be the person we are looking for if you have some years of experience in quality control. Preferably you have been setting up a quality system and you have understanding of device development. You have excellent organizational skills and you are able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks. As the work requires communication with multiple stakeholders we expect you to have good communication and coordination skills. Biomensio offices are located in Tampere and Espoo and you can work in either one of them. In addition you have flexible remote working possibilities.

We require you to have:

• Prior knowledge of ISO 9001 standards from the relevant industry and understanding of quality control procedures.

• Degree from technical or scientific field.

• Ability to develop and implement standard operating processes and procedures

• A proactive and independent working style.

• A full working proficiency in English. Finnish language can be seen as an asset.

We consider as an asset:

• Previous knowledge of ISO 13485 standards and FDA regulations.

• Previous experience from the bio industry and knowledge of diagnostics.
