Business Sweden is looking for a passionate administrative assistant / Junior accountant that likes to work with innovative and fast-growing companies in projects as well as taking the lead regarding administrative tasks of the office. You will have the possibility to work in an international environment with colleagues located in more than 40 countries. The role requires you to be fluent in English both written and spoken.
Business Sweden is located in 40+ countries and has 550+ employees all over the world. Our office in Chile is located in Las Condes. We provide consultancy services and administrative support to Swedish companies operating in Chile.
What will you do?
You will report to the country manager delivering daily administrative tasks:
You will also maintain a close dialogue with the Accounting and Lawyer firm. We expect that you are on top of updates from Chilean authorities such as Tax Authority (SII) and Social Security Authority (Previred).
You will also be responsible for administrative routines of the office with practical tasks related to the weekly maintenance of the office, such as communication with office suppliers, purchase of office supplies, etc.
