Sales Director - Cloud Protection for Salesforce, Japan

We are looking for a Sales Director who will be responsible for driving and growing Cloud Protection for Salesforce business in Japan. If you have knowledge and experience in channel business and can work with partners to develop strategies and sell together as well as direct business, this is the job for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce business plans with strategic WithSecure partner(s)
  • Advise individual partners in product and sales enquiries; negotiate pricing keeping profit in mind
  • Actively create a sales pipeline and track it
  • Produce quarterly forecasts, track them and report to superior
  • Match support to the partners’ needs, handle complaints and produce solution options independently
  • Plan and implement planned sales and marketing activities
  • Work with cross-functional departments (i.e. Marketing) on the development of partners and the market
  • Work with the rest of the WithSecure sales and sales support team to ensure cross-selling and co-operation
  • Recognize problems and quickly react to changes in partners or local market
  • Communicate and transfer information within the department and to all relevant interfaces
  • Produce and hold presentations in partner / end user events
  • Maintain sales pipeline in CRM

What are we looking for?

  • You have several years software sales experience, ideally in software security
  • Partner oriented, good at connecting with them
  • Posses and apply detailed product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of client's business.
  • Good presentation skills
  • Native level Japanese a must; Business level English preferred
  • Experience working with Salesforce is a plus

  • 部署内および関連するすべてのインターフェイスに情報を伝達し、転送する。

  • パートナー/エンドユーザー向けイベントでのプレゼンテーションの作成と実施

  • CRMで販売パイプラインを維持する。


  • 数年間のソフトウェア販売経験をお持ちの方(理想的にはソフトウェアセキュリティの分野)。

  • パートナー志向で、相手とつながるのが得意な方。

  • 詳細な製品知識と顧客のビジネスに関する深い知識を持ち、それを応用することができる。

  • プレゼンテーション能力のある方

  • ネイティブレベルの日本語は必須、ビジネスレベルの英語は尚可。

  • Salesforceを使用した経験があれば尚可。
