What is a Customer Success Manager?
The Customer Success Manager cares about the customers. She/he should know what the customers are working on, what goals they have, and what they expect to achieve with our product, a webbased learning portal for medical education.
Equipped with this information, the Customer Success Manager fosters short- and long-term success by solving problems before the customer even knows they're there, and pitching new ideas for how customers can use the product in the best possible way,
From pre-sales to post-purchase, the Customer Success Manager completes a variety of tasks and creates a mutually beneficial relationship with the customers. This includes aligning different parts of the organization to maintain proactive deliveries and plannings such with sales and support.
The customer should always be at the forefront of your attention. Their success equals your success, and the more you can invest in their needs and goals, the more successful you’ll be in this position.
