Finance System Consultant
Who we’re looking for!
We’re looking for a Finance System Consultant for our global finance team at Banqsoft. The role is preferably located in Stockholm or Oslo with a global remit.
Maconomy is the core system for finance and project-handling in Banqsoft. It is currently integrated with a range of other administrative systems and key in all our internal processes. We are now looking for a person that will take the overall responsibility for configuring and maintaining our solution.
What does the role look like?
- System administrator for Maconomy
- Focus on user experience and support to our operation
- Identify and analyse our business needs, write specifications, estimates, and implement solutions
- Implement organisational changes in Maconomy including configuration, testing and documentation
- Analyse incidents and perform root cause analysis together with Deltek managed services team
- Create system documentation and run training sessions for Maconomy users in Banqsoft
- Maintain different registers, price lists, user access rights etc.
Are we a great match?
To master the role of a Finance System Consultant, we believe that you have….
- Experience from working in Maconomy
- Experience from working with accounting or understanding of accounting transactions
- An analytical and structured approach where you’re able to work proactively, both individually and as part of a team
- A curious attitude. Be bold to ask questions, suggest solutions or find new and different ways to solve challenges
- Experience from working in a company selling consultancy services
- Excellent English and Scandinavian communication skills
It’s great if you also have:
- Technical skills
- Experience from working in the software industry
