We are looking for an Associate, Scale Customer Success to complete our team and work with our renewable energy customers globally. As a part of Power Factors’ Customer success team, your mission is to ensure that our clients achieve their desired outcomes and have a positive experience with Power Factors' solutions.

The Scale Customer Success team is spearheading new ways to accomplish our mission in a more data-driven and scalable way. We are versatile, open-minded, and work each day with the intention to make an impact for ourselves, our clients, Power Factors, and the planet.

The Associate, Scale Customer Success role is a perfect role for someone who has an exceptional drive to execute and iterate on programs, is a strong written and oral communicator and is highly adaptable. Part project manager, content creator, business consultant and product expert, you will own one-to-many customer engagements for our long-tail customers.

This position will be placed either in Sweden or in Spain. You will need to be eligible to work in any of the countries mentioned to be considered for this position.


Are you ready to take on a dynamic and challenging role as a member of the Scale Customer Success team? You will be at the forefront of ensuring the success, experience, and retention of a shared book of accounts.

With your keen eye for detail and exceptional communication skills, you will engage customers effectively through various 1:1 and 1:many communication efforts at different stages of the customer lifecycle. You will also be responsible for maintaining a complete understanding of our data analytics software products for renewable energy assets, and their use cases in the industry. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will have the opportunity to proactively address and resolve important situations that may arise within pooled accounts, contributing to their ongoing success. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate on other projects supporting the overall success of the business.

Skills & Requirements


We are looking for a team member that is proactive and communicative and enjoys being a part of a small, tight-knit team. You are efficient at managing multiple subjects of varying complexities and are driven by continuous learning and growth.

Specifically, we are looking for someone with the following toolbox:

  • University degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent
  • You have at least 3 years of experience working in Customer Success or other customer-facing role in complex B2B Software-as-a-Service solutions
  • You have an understanding of the renewable energy market as well as the management and operations of renewable assets, and are excited to learn and grow within this industry
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and are able to create effective communication materials, such as email campaigns, best practices guides, webinars, and one-to-one calls. You know how to communicate with different stakeholders, including technical and non-technical clients
  • Your professional English must be fluent and flawless
  • You think technically and manage both details and high-level goals
  • You are able to stay on top of multiple tasks and projects at once and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and progress
  • You are able to prioritize your work based on relevant data and adjust plans accordingly
  • You take responsibility, work autonomously and escalate issues as required
  • You are enthusiastic about being a part of a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of Power Factors

We see it as an extra plus if you have experience in the following:

  • Proficient use of Customer Success platforms (such as Gainsight) or marketing automation platforms
  • Working experience in the renewable energy industry
