We are currently searching for a Finnish speaking customer service agent in Stockholm. As a Finnish speaking customer service agent, you will be a part of Qliro’s growing team, Customer Operations. At Qliro you have the chance to be a part of and expand our business together with competent colleagues who are passionate about delivering world class service to our customers.
Your role at Qliro:
As a Finnish speaking customer service agent, your job assignment will include answering incoming calls and e-mails from customers and help find the best possible solution to their concerns.
As a part of the Finnish customer service team, you will also be making a difference by being the customers’ voice inside the company.
Together we work on making a close and long-term relationship with our customers and merchants. We constantly work on building additional value for our customers and therefore it is important for you to be driven and committed, thrive with a fast pace and be passionate about delivering great service.
You are expected to help us anchor customer focus within the organization by taking customer feedback and needs forward to your colleagues working with product development.
As the company is in an exciting conversion phase, we expect all employees to be proactive, take responsibility and constantly work on improving our routines and processes.
Working hours are currently 08:00-17:00 on weekdays.
