We are looking for a Solution Architect within our Solution Consulting and Delivery team. In this role you will get to work with our Partners, local Sales teams and as part of Delivery team. Architects support Pre-Sales and Partner Business Delivery in technical matters for Consumer Cyber Security Solutions, especially Connected Home Solutions (secure router) for the Americas region. Location preferably based in East Coast.

Key responsibilities:

• Work with regional sales teams during pre-sales and delivery with technical expertise in Americas region

• Provide technical support and input for our sales teams and Partners

• Is responsible for the design of overall technical solution and supports Project Manager in schedule planning based on the Scope of Work agreed with the Partner, Sales and Legal teams

• Prepare, maintain and communicate technical architecture design documents to integrate the F-Secure technology and platforms with Partners existing infrastructure

• Drive customer projects towards optimal implementation through quality management, acting as key contact between customers and internal departments – R&D, project management and production

• Supporting of handling customer communication

• You are an open-minded team player, and you enjoy working and interacting with customers in international teams

• Customer-oriented, structured working practices, dedication, flexibility, and willingness to learn

What are we looking for?

• Experience in Pre-Sales and Delivery activities

• Knowledge of cyber security

• Understanding of networking and router technology (Linux systems; embedded, container platforms, router operating systems like OpenWRT) is a big plus

• Understanding of APIs and SDKs

• Ability to take initiative and drive projects as a part of the team

• Attention to detail and not losing sight of the big picture

• Fluent language skills in English, Spanish is a plus

• Ability to communicate complex topics for non-technical audience

Bonus points

• Internet protocols (IPv4, IPv6, TCP, UDP, DNS, HTTP, HTTP/2, HTTP/3 etc.)

• Experience with Confluence and Jira

• Understanding of mobile app development and testing processes

• Understanding of cloud service development

• Projects delivery planning, and proficient use of basic project management methodologies

• Experience in Internet Service Provider business, architecture and provisioning platforms
