Engineering Manager

As Engineering Manager at Zimpler, you will be responsible for leading a team of world-class engineers, driving innovation, and building industry-leading products. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that have a real impact on people's lives, and you will be working alongside a engaged and dedicated team of professionals.

This is what you'll do:

  • Lead the engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable products and services that meet customer needs

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute on the product roadmap

  • Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance on best practices and technical strategy

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify and address technical challenges

  • Ensure that the team is following best practices in software development, testing, and deployment

  • Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering team

This is what you're good at:

  • Experienced in software development & software engineering leadership

  • Strong technical background in either web technologies, mobile development, backend development and/or cloud infrastructure

  • Experience leading and scaling engineering teams in a fast-paced, agile environment

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in Computer Science or related field - or equivalent work experience

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality products and services

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
