Come and join our Cerealia IT & Process team on an exciting journey, where we are strengthening the IT competence and capacity within Cerealia. As part of this journey, we are now introducing a new combination role as Manager for the IT Solutions team, and Solution responsible for Finance, to be part of building the next chapter!
This is what you will do
As Manager IT Solutions, you will have the overall responsibility for the IT solutions and the team dedicated to working with our IT applications, such as M3 and surrounding systems, at Cerealia. This is a great opportunity to set direction and drive the development within this area.
Together with your team, you are responsible for providing IT Services to all business units and countries within Cerealia. The role contains managerial responsibility of a team of Business Solutions Specialists, and you will work with every aspect of leadership where you will motivate and develop your employees in the right direction. You will also have responsibility for the budget and continuous cost follow-up.
In addition to the managerial role, you will also have the Business Solution Specialist responsibility for the Finance area. This is a new role targeting the increasing need of in-house IT responsibility of our financial setups in M3 and surrounding systems. The scope of the solution responsibility may vary in size depending on managerial duties but will include ensuring development and governance of the platform and related applications.

This is what you need to succeed
You have:
- Demonstrated experience from leading others in an IT organization with proven ability to lead and inspire.
- Advanced knowledge in M3, preferably with experience from working as a solution specialist within an IT organization, both with ERP projects and maintenance.
- Advanced knowledge in Finance processes and the financial setups of M3.
- Knowledge about how to work with integrations and financial systems integrated to M3
- Well-developed knowledge of ITSM framework
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
