Do you want to work with a variety of impactful tasks and gain relevant real world experience within the exciting and dynamic digital growth ecosystem?
We are after the best and brightest new university graduates for our Graduate Program starting in August 2024. As part of the Graduate Program, you will take part in a one-year tailor-made experience that will provide you with unique development opportunities designed to help kickstart your career as a business consultant. During the programme, you will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute through visiting the offices in Sweden, attending courses, participating in projects and taking part in social activities.

Skills and experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business and management, marketing, strategy, finance or similar
- Sociable, focused, motivated and excited to help build our multi-national company in Norway
- Interest in digital business development
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
- Must be fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
