Content Marketing Manager (Head of Storytelling)

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Content Marketing Manager, to become our head of storytelling in our growing team at Hellon. In this role you are driving our external content strategy and execution to key audiences. You act as an ambassador of our company culture and get inspired by people around you.

In order to master in this role you have:

  • Educational background in communications, marketing, brand or other relevant

  • 3-5 years experience in a similar role with a track record of successful campaigns/reach of content that demonstrate the proof of your future potential

  • Been involved in highly successful international B2B campaigns and/or involved in highly successful international PR campaigns, this is an asset

  • Understanding of consulting/agency business, ideally within the design/innovation discipline

  • Experience of global marketing and branding dynamics, as well as operating in an international setting

  • Ability to create captivating narratives targeted to different audiences

  • Experience in creating content across all digital channels

  • Ability to grasp and explain high-level industry trends

  • Strong capability of managing and prioritizing several competing tasks for different stakeholders

  • Understanding of marketing KPI´s and relevant reporting in consulting/agency business

  • Understanding of marketing automation and CRM platforms (Google, Hubspot, etc..)

  • Attitude of making things happen

  • Excellent English language skills

On a regular day at Hellon, you:

  • Liaise with our teams in Helsinki, Oulu and London to accumulate relevant themes for content roadmap and to ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and branding

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business objectives

  • Create remarkable and engaging content and distribute this across selected channels such as; blogs, webcast, video, social etc.

  • Cooperate closely with our marketing team to create priorities, execute selected tasks

  • Measure, track and report content & and marketing performance

  • Actively stay up to speed with industry trends

  • Have fun and enjoy working with your Hellon team
