Office Coordinator - Northvolt Systems Engineering and Prototyping Hub

We're currently hiring for Office Coordinator to our prototype lab in Tomteboda! In this role, we're looking for someone to create a happy and healthy office and lab environment. You will work with ensuring that HSE practices are adhered to and ensure office operations always run smoothly, and provide assistance to the facilities teams as required.
Responsibilities included in the role is:

Front desk management as well as welcome guests and visitors to the office, and assist them as required. Provide tours of the Tomteboda facility and support meetings and conferencing needs.

Maintain a clean and organized entry area, office and kitchen environment – implement Lean 6S practices.

Provide safety briefings and ensure appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is provided.

Monitor and maintain office supplies, food and beverage inventories and place orders as required.

Single point of contact for facility issues, IT, office equipment, conference rooms and conference room equipment.

Provide assistance with maintaining the locker rooms, providing access as approved and assigning lockers.

Supervise the cleaning team and ensure the office area, kitchen area and locker rooms are clean and orderly

Update and maintain the Tomteboda Intranet web page.
75% assignment. Fixed salary.
