The focus of your role
We’re looking for a Scrum Master (f/m/d) to employ in Munich and Manching within our global business unit Digital Engineering and Manufacturing Services. In this role you will work within our Smart Engineering Team to deliver best-in-class solutions for the aerospace industry.
What you’ll do
- Coordination and coaching of a transverse Business Transformation team
- Plan deliverables together with the team and monitor the PI execution
- Prepare and chair the agile ceremonies such as Sprint Review and Retrospective
- Support the team with unblocking situations affecting the milestones
- Maintain an updated roadmap
- Report the performance to the Management by generating useful KPIs
- Master the agile tools, especially for tracking and reporting (JIRA, Version One)
- Deliver awareness sessions for new joiners of a transverse team of 60+ members
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years of scrum experience - preferably from engineering projects
- Agile project experience
- High motivated team player with interest in working in multicultural teams
- English language proficiency
- German/French/Spanish is a plus
- NATO citizenship
- Willingness to travel
