About the job

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our busy Control Centre based in Thurmaston, Leicester, where you will be joining a team of operatives servicing and guiding our customers ensuring the best service levels are attained for them.

The role is varied and as part of your development, you will learn and adhere to the company’s procedures.

The business is continually developing and tailoring roles to meet customer and industry expectations, therefore, continual coaching and mentoring is part of your development within the team.

Skills & Requirements

About you

We believe that you pride yourself with a professional attitude. You will ideally have proficient keyboard skills with a keen eye for detail, together with excellent communication skills, as you will be working closely with both internal and external customers.

Previous knowledge of the automotive glass industry or experience of working within a customer service environment would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.

You need to be eligible to work in the UK.

For your safety and our own, we will do an identity and basic criminal record check together with employment history checks.
