We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Enterprise Systems & Business Applications Intern to join our team at Northvolt Battery Systems.
The intern will play a crucial role in supporting our digital transformation journey by mapping our existing business applications, conducting interviews, and compiling a comprehensive inventory. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate interested in gaining hands-on experience in understanding digital infrastructure, business processes, and stakeholder management within a fast-paced, innovative organization.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Map and inventory existing business applications across the organization
- Conduct interviews with business application owners, users, and other stakeholders to gather insights on their implementation, adoption, and value
- Analyse and consolidate information from various sources to create a comprehensive understanding of the organization's business applications landscape
- Identify potential areas for improvement and opportunities for streamlining business processes
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Systems & Business Applications team to support ongoing projects and initiatives
- Present findings and recommendations to the team and other stakeholders as needed.

Skills & Requirements
Required Skills:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience or coursework in enterprise systems, business applications, or digital transformation.
- Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) concepts.
- Basic understanding of data analysis, data visualization, and reporting tools.
