We are looking for a dedicated production planning intern to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our excellent process validation team based in Stockholm.
About the job:
The production planers main responsibility is to ensure build is planned in according to customer requirements (internal/external) and performed in a good sequence with minimal trade-offs. The production planner is responsible for planning and releasing production orders in ERP, and follow up on them according to production execution. The role covers having continuous communication with requestors, follow up and monitor deliveries and keeping the ERP system updated with the latest information. The production planner should also escalate potential risks and deviations to plan.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Be the gate keeper of build plan for relevant projects.
Proactively plan production orders and capacity
Maintain MRP parameters and be part of setting up new items.

Qualifications/education/experience •Relevant education with main subject Logistics/Supply Chain/Production.
•Proven planning experience from medium scale prototyping or production environment
•Experience from ERP/MRP systems
Specific skills:
•Excellent in manufacturing planning methods like MRP
•Excellent in warehouse planning, stock control and warehouse mgmt.
•Knowledge of Dynamics 365, Finance and Operations is valuable
•MS Office 365, especially Excel
•Fluent in English
