This is a temporary contract to cover a parental leave between June 2023 to September 2024.
SF Anytime, part of SF Studios, is the leading video-on-demand service in the Nordic and Baltics and offers a variety of films, ranging from the latest Hollywood film to independent movies and local Nordic favorites. With a 20-year history, we work with both transactional VOD and EST directly to consumers and through operators. We currently offer over 13.000 films and 4.000 series episodes and had over 9 million transactions in 2022. SF Anytime also just acquired the leading Danish streaming service Blockbuster and is now integrating the business into SF Anytime.
Responsibilities
As Marketing Automation Lead, you’ll work with our email communication for SF Anytime and Blockbuster as well as creating strong relationships with and understanding of our users. Your work is both hands-on and strategic. You think in terms of solutions and value strong collaboration with your colleagues.
You are responsible for securing the configuration in the marketing automation platform used for segmentation and email, working closely with both the E-commerce and Product team. You are responsible for implementing and testing the customer journeys, as well as securing that the right contacts get the right message at the right time. As part of your job, you will follow up on all KPIs related to marketing automation.
As a Marketing Automation Lead at SF Anytime, you will:
- Be overall responsible for the marketing automation platform (Rule)
- Work closely with the E-commerce Manager and Product Owner to configure existing and new automation.
- Identify pain points in the marketing automation platform and communicate request demands to product teams.
- Secure correct translation for all Nordics markets together with translator
- Collect, analyze, and provide weekly/monthly updates on KPIs
- Create and send weekly newsletters.
- Be responsible for the relationship with Rule
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide the best customer experience.
The position is based in our Stockholm office. The role reports to Head of Product & E-commerce, Roger Levy.
Skills & Requirements
We’re looking for someone with a data-driven mindset, technical knowledge, and excellent writing skills for this role. Someone who gets excited about automation and finding new solutions for the customer journey.
To be successful in this role, we think you have/are:
- 2-5 years experience from a marketing automation specialist/lead role and from working with digital products.
- Experience in reporting and analyzing KPIs
- Experience in several of the Nordic markets such as Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Swedish both written and spoken.
