Talent Acquisition Intern
Northvolt is establishing its first facility to industrialize and produce battery systems. In order to meet the increased demand for complete battery solutions on the European market, we are establishing a highly automated, state-of-the-art production facility for battery modules and energy storage solutions in Gdansk, Poland.
Currently we are looking for Talent Acquisition Intern to join our growing team and gain valuable experience in a fast paced and international environment. Talent Acquisition Intern will mostly support selection and recruitment processes.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Sourcing and selecting the right candidates
- Running phone screen in both Polish and English
- Coordinate job interviews’ calendar and managing recruitment database

Skills & Requirements
Key skills and experience:
- Studying toward a degree in Human Resources Management, General Management or related field (at least 3rd year study)
- Very good command of English & Polish
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Highly organized
- Experience working in an office/corporate environment

Alongside Northvolt Ett, Northvolt is also establishing a manufacturing site for battery systems in Gdansk, Poland. This facility, Northvolt Battery Systems Jeden, will industrialize and produce world leading battery systems in order to meet the increased demand for complete battery solutions on the European market. The factory is a highly automated, state-of-the-art production facility for battery modules and energy storage solutions.
We are currently in an exciting fast-growing phase and operate in a dynamic environment, dealing with a wide range of stakeholders. We are staffing our international office in Stockholm, our R&D facility, Northvolt Labs in Västerås, as well as Northvolt Battery Systems Jeden, in Gdansk, for production of battery systems. We are also preparing for upcoming positions at the main factory, Northvolt Ett, in Skellefteå.
