Partner Account Manager (Norwegian speaking)

We're currently on the lookout for a Partner Account Manager to join our Ordrestyring team in Copenhagen! In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with strategic partners in the Norwegian market.

As a Partner Account Manager, you'll work closely with our resellers, distributors, and system integrators to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for growth. You'll also develop joint business plans with partners to drive revenue growth and increase market share.

What you will get to do:

  • Manage and develop relationships with strategic partners in Norway.
  • Work closely with partners to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop joint business plans with partners to increase revenue growth.
  • Provide training, support, and guidance to partners to ensure successful delivery of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on partner strategy and execution.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide regular reporting and analysis to management.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network with partners and stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities.

Skills & Requirements

What we'd like to see in you:

  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Preferably experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development.
  • Interested in learning the Norwegian market and channel landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize performance.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to travel to Norway sporadically
  • Fluency in English and Norwegian.
