Customer Success Agent

As a Customer Success Agent, you have a passion for sharing your knowledge and helping customers through their journey of experiencing and implementing our products. Your ability to communicate effectively and quickly identify and relay the best solution is crucial to our success as a subscription-based company. As part of your day-to-day, you'll be onboarding our new customers, call our existing customers to follow up and improve their use of our system, while also navigating through our Customer Service and Customer Success teams. With your skills, you'll play an integral role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
What you will get to do:
- Deliver excellent customer service through patient and dialogue-creating onboarding of our new users via phone, chat, and email
- Communicate effectively with people and quickly identify and communicate the best solution
- Develop and improve our existing customer relations and help users understand and utilize our system
- Work independently, be solution-oriented, and maintain an overview in a busy environment with changing tasks
- Handle many different cases simultaneously and deep dive into our products

Skills & Requirements
What we'd like to see in you:
- Fluency in Danish and ability to communicate in English for internal purposes
- Experience working with customer success and a strong passion for service
- High degree of independence and sense of responsibility
- Flair for proactive customer service
- Ability to handle many different cases simultaneously
- Experience in subscription- based SaaS, is considered a big plus
