We are looking for a talented Salesforce Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in designing and developing Salesforce solutions and should be able to lead the technical aspects of projects. The candidate should also have experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers and should be comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical design and development of Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and configurations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and other teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Create technical design documentation and architecture diagrams that communicate the solution design and key decisions.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, including code reviews and technical guidance.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues.
  • Keep up to date with the latest Salesforce features and trends and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Communicate technical solutions and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in designing and developing Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customizations, and integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce security and data modeling.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus.
