Your tasks and activities

You will join the facility team to help them accomplish the facility missions for Belgium and Luxembourg.

  • You manage the daily activities of the facilities department
  • You build and maintain a positive and trustful relationship with your internal customers and are the SPOC for all urgent requests
  • You support the implementation of continuous improvement activities and initiatives
  • You monitor Health & Safety and Environmental requirements programs for compliance with company standards and applicable legislation
  • You are familiar with ISO certification
  • You prepare reports and analyze the results based on data
  • You are "the eyes and the ears" of the office, paying especial attention to any QHSE issues (Quality - Health - Safety)
  • You'll be the ambassador for QHSE way of being

Languages and mobility

  • Fluent (speaking and writing) in Dutch, French and English
  • Based in Belgium (Diegem); possible travel to Luxembourg

Knowledge & Experience

  • You have a professional bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in facility services
  • You are flexible and a positive team player with a hands-on mentality
  • You work in an orderly manner and have an eye for detail
  • You have good communication skills and can take initiative
  • You can work alone and in a team.
