We’re looking for a brilliant People Partner for our global People & Culture team at Banqsoft. The role is preferably located in Gdansk, Poland and with a global remit.

To fly high in the role as a People Partner in Banqsoft, we believe that you have experience of working within tech cultures, are solution oriented, curious, hands-on and self-driven. You have a collaborative working style and enjoy working in a changing environment where you take ownership and are accountable. You’re sensitive to building culture across multiple countries, your important personal contribution to that and you foster strong relationships and business understanding of the areas and regions you support. You’re methodical and systematic in your work, plan ahead and make clear, logical priorities which align with the business and with the team.

As the People Partner, you’ll work alongside our super team of People Partners, Talent Acquisition Specialists and Administrators, reporting to the Director of People & Culture who is based in Oslo. We’re proud of our team and we’re looking forward to meeting our newest member!

What does the role look like?

• Lead between the Business Area(s) for which you’re responsible and the People & Culture team on all people matters
• Lead for People & Culture project and initiative implementation within your Business Area
• Advisor to business Area management teams and employees alike
• Representing the needs of your Business Area and translating the needs of the company
• General administration related to your Business Area
• Support for local HR processes and tasks, such as, people induction for new hires and implementation of changes in polices
• Point of contact for local employees with regards to, for example, people-related questions and requests and documentation handling

To master the role of People Partner, we think you have these talents and experience:

• Demonstrable experience as an HR Generalist, HR Advisor or HR Business Partner
• Excellent collaborator
• Curious mindset and a positive, energetic attitude
• Good understanding of governance structures and scalable ways of working
• Positive culture builder on both global and regional level
• Great communication skills and fluency in English and Polish (both written and verbal)
