Team Leader and Consultant to Jönköping

We’re looking for a new Team Leader for our team in Jönköping. The team is multicultural, consisting of people with different engineering competencies in the mechanical and embedded software domain. The role will be combined with a role as a consultant in our delivery. Depending on who you are and your profile we will together find the best solution.

This could be an excellent opportunity for you who would like to take your first step into a leadership role in a high-performance team environment. It can also be an opportunity for you who already have experience leading a team but would like to take it to the next level.

Your responsibilities:

• Support, develop and mentor the members in the team
• Support the Engineering Unit Manager with recruitment, business growth, retention etc.
• Billable role in an assignment

Requirements for the role:

• Experience as a Technical lead, advanced Engineer or similar engineering background
• Proactive, flexible, organized and structured
• Good communicator and fluent in English and Swedish
• A degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar

Desired:

• Experience as Scrum Master, Project Manager or similar
