Commissioning & Qualification Lead Engineer

Job Description

Mission

In the context of a new manufacturing unit, we are looking for C&Q engineers to provide documented evidence (GMP / GDP), that the design, the construction, the installation, the testing, and the operation of the facility, systems and process equipment are in conformity with the design, the standards, and the equipment documentation.

The scope includes the documented commissioning and qualification of new process equipment, black & clean utility systems, cleanrooms facility, Automation & MES, such that systems are ready to handover for PQ or Operations.

Additionally, commissioning & qualification activities will be 100% managed using a paperless solution.

Depending on your project, your role will be to

• Write protocols & associated test sheets
• Coordinate documents review & approval
• Prepare test execution phases together with stakeholders
• Review of executed tests to ensure that validation/quality requirements are met
• Manage discrepancies from initiation till closure
• Write reports for the activities
• Ensure change management along C&Q activities
• Ensure that commissioning and qualification leveraging activities are implemented and that documentation is generated according to expectations

These activities will be run in the following project phases

• Design qualification
• Pre-commissioning
• Commissioning
• Qualification

Your Profile

• A Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent in experience.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience in managing C&Q activities, reporting and PM.
