IT Service Delivery Manager – Stockholm, Sweden (Hybrid/Office)

We want a new IT Service Delivery Manager to check in with us in Sweden!

In this position, you will act as the bridge between a range of stakeholders such as Group IT, Hotel Managers, IT Point of Contact, and hotel & support office staff. The technology we are referring to is all the IT and technology present at our hotels; network, Wi-Fi, patches, switches, guest-facing technology, payment solutions, digital signage, workplace (PC & OS)… In one way, this position is very similar to a technical project management position.

This position entails traveling throughout Sweden for an average of a few days each week. Some weeks may be more hectic than others, and the role offers flexibility in terms of planning your own schedule. While we are willing to consider candidates residing outside of Stockholm, we prefer that you be present on-site in Stockholm for a few days each week.

Main activities and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for delivering IT Services to our hotels at New Openings (including takeovers), Closings (and Exits), Re-brandings, and Renovations, from planning to execution.
  • Support different roll-out projects.
  • Managing IT and vendor resources to ensure Service Delivery according to a set plan.
  • Facilitate and maintain relationships between our organization and vendors/partners, negotiating contracts, creating standards for the vendors, and finding the best available vendors.
  • Build and maintain the relationship between Group IT and our hotels, follow up and report back regarding service quality and delivery, support our Hotels to run IT Services according to the current Service Catalogue and roadmaps, manage demands from key stakeholders at the Hotels and Country Management Team as well as train and coach the IT Point of contact’s at the hotels
  • Responsible for the Local IT Infrastructure status, cost follow up etc.
  • Maintain a good collaboration with Group IT to improve IT Services and IT Service Delivery.

Skills & Requirements

Skills & Background :

  • Technical knowledge: you have a great interest in technology. For this position great understanding of network is crucial. Some of the other technology/IT that is used in our hotels; workplace (PC & OS), TV systems, telephony, digital signage, payment solutions and other technical hotel/hospitality operation platforms and systems.
  • No hotel-specific experience? No worries. If you think your technical knowledge is a match we would like to hear from you anyhow!
  • Planning & project management skills: planning, leading, and delivering successful projects. You may have experience as a project coordinator or project manager.
  • Strong planning skills and ability to manage your own work, ensure deliveries on time and with quality.
  • Working proficiency in English and Swedish.

Information about the position:

This is full-time employment. You will be part of Group IT which is a European function even though we have most of our presence in the Nordics. In Sweden you will be part of a small and lovely IT Service Delivery Manager team. We have a warm and friendly approach and we love to welcome new members to our team.

You will travel approximately 40% of your time and at this point we don't know which region. We promote a flexible work life with a good balance between work and free time.
