The Client Success Manager role is a varied one, which incorporates elements of sales, client relationship and project management; so if you enjoy repetitive work, stop reading now!
Your time will be split between client meetings, planning work with your team, and supporting the delivery of projects so your clients are delighted!
Typical activities include:
Building and growing strong client relationships
Creating and managing revenue growth in existing clients by leveraging strategies to promote long-term partnerships
Working with the production team and Solutions Architects to scope, plan and deliver technical solutions to clients including selling and running technical and design workshops
Preparing and managing budget updates for clients, including invoicing
Preparing and managing contracts
Delegating tasks and managing developer productivity on projects
Project management using Agile methodologies
Closing and managing qualified leads generated by our sales team
CSMs are an integral part of the Angry Creative team! You will be engaged with all areas of the business on a daily basis. Your primary objective is to ensure we have a steady flow of quality projects and client work to deliver.
As a CSM, you will be part of the Commercial team, led by the Commercial Director and managed by the Unit Manager.

We’re looking for someone who has demonstrable experience working at a WordPress agency, IT consultancy, or SaaS company in Client Services, Account Management, Project Management or Customer Success. Experience working with a range of clients in the SMB and Enterprise space is preferred. We are looking for someone who has a passion for WordPress and what it can do for businesses, and can share that enthusiasm with our clients.

Essential
Project Management experience in digital projects using Agile methodology in a SaaS or digital agency setting
E-commerce business experience
Project Management, Client management experience with SMB and Enterprise sized clients
Account Management or sales experience in E-commerce, web and/or design services
English language - fluent/professional proficiency
