You? Self-starter, positive and collaborative mind interested in new connections and opportunities in your career!
Talent network? A pool to gather together potential future colleagues for Tori and Oikotie. A way to get to know each other and stay in touch, both virtually and physically via emails and events such as mentoring, meetups, tech talks and afterworks!
Location? We work and organise happenings in a hybrid way so you can be based anywhere in Finland! Our office is a few steps away from the Helsinki railway station so we might meet there when the time comes.
Why us? We gather together trusted and impactful brands of Tori, Oikotie and Qasa reaching more than 4M monthly users. With our beloved brands, we aim to empower people to make smart choices for themselves and future generations which drives our work forward! WHAT’S THE TALENT NETWORK LIKE?

When joining our Talent Network you stay on the pulse of relevant job openings, events, webinars and programs we have for you to offer.

On a regular basis we organize events such as inspiring Tech Talks, amusing after works and challenging game evenings where we are eager to invite talents that want to get to know our colleagues and company culture a bit more.

Other than events and webinars, we also run programs such as mentoring programs, which you’ll get info on when being in Talent Network.

It’s all about networking, having fun and learning on the way!
NOTE: We’ll keep you posted through Talent Network 24 months at a time unless you decide to resign from the Network prior to that. You can expect us to reach you regarding our happenings about 1-3 times a year.
