As a Travel Consultant, you’ll be responsible for caring for and servicing both the travel Industry and travellers alike. You will receive and make phone calls, e-mails and/or chats and act as the first point of contact for customers, while supporting partners and travellers as they make high value bookings to bucket list destinations.
As a sales team member you will maximize every sales opportunity and focus on quality customer service while providing an effective, polite, friendly and professional service.
