Technical Account Manager (EMEA)

You are on the team that unleashes the full potential of Planhat for clients. Your critical thinking, technical ability, and product knowledge form the backbone of every client's journey. You are technically accomplished, and business savvy. Meaning, that you take pride in figuring out what works for clients in reality , not dwelling out how things should work theoretically.

You own the challenges that come your way. Whether it is integrations, implementations, unravelling 3rd party dependencies, or creating POCs; you are the 'go to' technical person for clients, CSMs, customer support, the sales team, and beyond.

We are an eclectic bunch, who all enjoy going the extra mile for people, and pushing Planhat to its limits (sometimes beyond if you ask the developers!). Your technical expertise ultimately means people can better serve their clients by leveraging Planhat, you will:

  • Take the lead on technical challenges, from onboarding complex customers, to (extremely) nitty-gritty product issues
  • Be pragmatic. You figure out a way to get things working immediately, while spotting recurring patterns, and driving more extensible solutions
  • Join our talented team of TAMs in either London or Stockholm

Skills & Requirements

We are technical at heart, and all about:

  • Self starters: relish responsibility, and embrace variety. You try solving problems yourself first, making mistakes along the way. You jump on a technical call with a client's tech admin to hash out a data migration, spin up working a POC on a demo instance, share it with your CS colleague in Sweden, and then present it together to the customer's head of client success.
  • Technical knowledge meets business acumen: You take the lead on all things technical when it comes to leveraging Planhat. You know your way around Integrations, automations, data migrations, 3rd party dependencies, customer objectives, and deadlines.
  • Bonus points: you have a solid track record leveraging the likes of Postman, CRMs (Hubspot or Salesforce), Zapier, webhooks, and data warehouses (Segment, Snowflake, AWS) on high-stakes software projects. You also have solid CS credentials, meaning computer science and client success (or some other business facing role like pre-sales)
