We are looking for a driven and dedicated Intern to join our Recruitment Team and the mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our energetic and passionate Talent Acquisition team based in Skellefteå. By joining us here, you will be a key player ramping up the organization at Northvolt Ett by interviewing, negotiating and closing candidates for various exciting roles and subsequently contribute to building one of the first large scale European battery factories.
About the job
Recruiters at Northvolt play an essential role in ensuring we reach our goal to deliver green cells to our customers. Your daily work will consist of screening candidate CVs, sourcing candidates on linked in, interviewing and negotiating. Furthermore, you will be involved in managing various internal stakeholder within the Northvolt Ett organization to ensure their teams are ramped up. As a recruiter, you will also be able to drive your own improvement projects – whether it be optimizing our recruitment process, working with employer branding or improving the workflow within the various teams in the People and Growth organization. By working in recruitment, you will be exposed to every face of the organization and gain a deep understanding of the battery industry. About the team
The recruitment in Northvolt Ett is constantly growing. Here we recruit working closely with the manufacturing site in Skellefteå. By joining the team, you will be trained and welcomed by every single team member and exposed to various areas ranging from engineering, quality, construction etc.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Screening incoming applications for various roles
- Sourcing for new talent using tools such as Linked In Recruiter
- Book candidate interviews (in person and online) with hiring teams
- Negotiate potential offers and contracts with potential hires
- Drive process improvement projects for the people and growth organization

Skills & Requirements
We believe that you have :
- A degree (or currently completing) in Bsc/MSc in Business, Psychology or similar areas
- An interest in recruitment and headhunting
- Curiosity for the tech industry
- Excellent English written and oral skills
- Previous experience sourcing or interviewing is meritorious
