As we embark on a new phase of growth, we are looking for a talented System Administrator to join our team!
We are looking for a passionate individual who shares our enthusiasm for IT infrastructure and technology and who possesses expertise in Desktop Microsoft Client and server platforms. As a System Administrator with desktop and client management responsibility, you will be involved in operational management and administration, including configuration, troubleshooting, and service development primarily within the workplace & devices domain.
You will participate in daily operational tasks, such as:
- Managing existing infrastructure solutions by troubleshooting issues and events.
- Working on system improvements and development
- Collaborating with the Service Desk and serving as second-line support.
- Collaborating with sourcing partners and product suppliers. infrastructure
- Acting as a coordinator and responsible procurer for our capacity and IT service providers.
Skills & Requirements
We think you have experience in:
- Windows Desktop
- MECM deployment and MSI packaging.
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Ivanti Workspace Control and Automation.
- Intune, including AutoPilot
- Windows Server platform.
- Active Directory, including Azure AD
- Working in teams with general infrastructure tasks (storage, backup, printing, etc.).
- Administration and management, with a focus on IT
- You are also fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English
It’s a bonus if you have:
- Worked with Office365 and Azure.
- Experience with PowerShell.
- Strong IT security focus and knowledge of IT security standards.
- Experience with ITIL processes.
About the team:
As a member of our IT Operations team, you will join a collaborative group of 34 colleagues and report to the Team Manager of Infrastructure. We foster a supportive environment where knowledge sharing, and collective progress are highly valued. Our team prioritizes automation and digitalization initiatives across the organization, serving both our rental business and supporting departments.
