Do you want to develop your skills in PR & Communications, and simultaneously support the establishing of a gigafactory, shape the future of a city, and drive the electrification of an entire continent?
We are looking for a talented Communications Intern who wants to play a role in establishing Northvolt Ett – Europe’s first homegrown gigafactory for lithium-ion batteries, and an industrial landmark that is accelerating our society’s transition towards electrification and renewable energy.
As a Communications Intern you will be working in a small local team, but as a part of the global communications department.
About the internship
Northvolt is growing at a rapid pace, and in joining us, you will do the same. Throughout the internship you can expect to become involved in numerous projects, supporting the team in tasks related to PR, employer branding, internal communication and content creation, depending on your skills and interests, as well as carrying deliverables providing you with the opportunity to shine.
Our organization values great self-discipline and a natural talent for making things happen. To make the most out of your internship, you will need a can-do attitude and the ability to work creatively and independently. You probably have a background of studies and/or experience in communication, public policy, or similar areas.
Location: Skellefteå
Internship period : Starting August 2023, a minimum of 10 weeks

Skills & Requirements
We believe that you have :
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated from college/university, pursuing a undergraduate degree in Journalism, Media and Communication, Public Policy or equivalent
- Excellent written and oral skills in Swedish and professional proficiency in English
