Pierce Group is seeking a Corporate Social Responsibility Manager (CSR Manager).

Sustainability is important to us, and we want to take the next step within this area. As a CSR Manager, you will lead our sustainability strategy, set the targets and drive key initiatives across the organization to make sure we reach our targets. This is a great opportunity to drive real change and make an impact within our organization and the environment in which we operate.

We are looking for a CSR Manager that is passionate about driving a sustainability agenda to create business value. We are looking for someone that already has experience from working with sustainability related initiatives from previous roles.

You will work with both internal and external stakeholders, such as employees, suppliers, partners and investors in the area of sustainability. The CSR Manager will work with our sustainability programs, which will include developing, implementing, and continuously improving the programs. You will monitor trends and evolving frameworks, standards and reporting requirements to ensure legal and regulatory compliance. In addition, you will also be in charge of our sustainability reporting.

This role can be combined with other responsibilities within the areas of product development or category management, depending on your background.

The focus of the role will be on sustainability, but you will also be involved in other business and company related projects.

The role will be placed at our HQ in Stockholm

Who we are seeking

You are analytical and comfortable working independently. You are good at gathering and summarizing information and you are a good communicator that can present complex information in an understandable way. You are good at driving projects and at engaging both internal stakeholders, as well as suppliers and other partners. In addition, you enjoy working in a high-paced environment.

To be successful in the role as CSR Manager we believe you have:

  • Experience from driving sustainability initiatives in another organization.
  • A passion for sustainability and understand how sustainability is important for a company’s success.
  • Good understanding of laws, regulations, reporting requirements and sustainability standards.
  • Knowledge of Swedish and EU environmental legislation.
  • A strong communicator.
  • Good collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English and preferably Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • A master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant area.

2013XLMOTO launched with a special focus on onroad motorcycle equipment. At this point a European wide presence was already built with the focus on bigger markets.

2013SledStore went live with pow passion and endless trails. SledStore is a Mecca for the Nordic snowmobile fanatics.

2016Our own European distribution center, PDC, opened their gates and storage racks to offer our customers an even bigger range, quicker deliveries and excellent service. Over time it's grown to almost 40,000 SQM - the size of six football pitches.

2018Pierce announced the acquisition of MotoBuykers, a Spanish e-commerce motorcycle player, to strengthen its footprint in southern Europe.

2019Pierce opened up for sales outside Europe on our global sites 24mx.com and xlmoto.com

2020Pierce was recognized as one of the three best eCommerce companies in Sweden with the nomination as 'D-Award' finalist.

2020Pierce rolled out a new state-of-the-art ecommerce platform to further strengthen the customer experience
